Who doesn’t love sliders? They’re little flavor bombs packed into handheld adorableness. These are crunchy, a little spicy, sweet and tangy—really, everything you would want in a bite. Chipotle mayo and pickled red onions add unexpected notes of dimension. I take a shortcut here and use good quality frozen chicken strips because I’m a firm believer sliders were made to be two things: delicious and easy. These are simple enough for a weeknight dinner, fun enough for game day, and sophisticated enough for a cocktail party.
