Delicious and unpretentious, this homemade pizza combines bbq and ranch for a tangy, creamy sauce and all the toppings your heart desires.
I’m a firm believer that pizza toppings shouldn’t be measured. Pizza is a beautiful canvas of delicious creativity. Every pizza should be a bit of a Jackson Pollock creation: a little of this scattered here, and a little of that scattered there. Here’s how I top my barbeque chicken pizzas. Use my ingredients as guidelines and have fun with it—the way the pizza gods intended.
What to Notice
- Look for a deeply golden crust, bubbling cheese, and sauce that settles into the edges rather than sitting heavily on top.
- When eating pizza, you want every bite to be full of delicious toppings, so make sure every square inch is covered.
